From the very first meeting with Michal and Melissa, I felt like I was in safe hands. We had very recently lost our mother, and their compassion and understanding made a daunting task “do-able”. Their knowledge of the area and current situation of the property market was brilliant and very informative. They also provided very sound advice on what was needed to make the house ready for sale. Michal and Melissa are both extremely professional, yet have the quality to make you feel comfortable and constantly reassured about every step of the way. The final meeting prior to the auction was great, giving me all the information in regards to the marketing campaign, and an excellent strategy for the big day. I can’t thank them enough for all their hard work and support. I would also like to thank Nathan, our auctioneer, for his kind support and making for a successful sale; and finally to Jessica for her professional assistance throughout the campaign.
