I would highly recommend Michal for any of your real estate needs
We were selling our mums’ unit in a retirement village in Dingley, and needed to seek an experienced local agent to sell the lease. We found Michal to be extremely professional despite finding himself in a challenging environment, as the operator of the village did not like us going to an outside agent. Michal got a much higher price than proposed by the village operators and did so within weeks of being appointed. I would highly recommend Michal for any of your real estate needs.
