They arranged so much assistance for me to present the home at its best both inside and out and I cannot praise them highly enough for their efforts. On the day the Auctioneer was brilliant - a great vibe was created and the home sold for way more than we thought possible. When our Daughter and her family decided to make their new home in Sydney, they had an investment property to sell in Dingley. And that is his ability to not hold prejudice on the value of your property. Most other agents pre decided what the value of our property was based on a few stats, instead Ozan truly listed to what went behind building our property, he kept an open mind and really understood what made our house different to the others.
