We had a 7 month buying process of looking for the right house during a Covid interrupted year. We looked at 3 or 4 houses with Steve as the selling agent. During these open home viewings it became evident that Steve has a fantastic knowledge of the local areas and an exceptional talent at building rapport. Steve always made us feel like we were important purchasers, he followed up at all times and was proactive in helping us find the right house, often getting us into unlisted properties over the next few months. Steve doesn’t do strong pressure tactics, or cheesy real estate agent nonsense. He is a genuine, honest and supportive agent. Steve found us a house we fell in love with. Steve worked in the best interest of his vendor and got them a brilliant price. I’m convinced a lot of other agents would have got the vendor a lower price by taking a pre auction offer. Last Saturday I sold the family home that we purchased in 1979.The house had been rented for many years. The house in a very good position in Dingley but was dated by todays standards.
