Steve (and Amelia) sold our home and guided us through the entire process with humour, intelligence, and honesty (I know, honest real estate agents, who'd have thought!). We hadn't bought/sold for 13 years, so we had a lot to catch up on, and they explained everything very well. We were upfront about the price we hoped for, and they worked with us to prepare the house for sale to get an excellent price. Steve is fun, friendly, and quick with a joke, but also very clear and professional when talking about costs, fees, legal, marketing - and how we could get through the whole process without spending an arm and a leg. On auction day he was personable and had a strong presence, guiding the auction carefully and respectfully. We've seen some dodgy auctioneers out there, and we were really relieved to have chosen Steve. Plus, Steve (and Amelia) both have years of experience living in the area, and so they saw our property's selling points without us having to even tell them. The whole experience from start to finish was excellent. I know the terrible reputation that real estate agents have, but honestly, after working with Steve, I think we may have found the only good one. Sounds cheesy, but it's true.
