I have known Steve for a while as we viewed several homes he was selling and he was always extremely friendly, organised and had excellent communication skills. My house was sold by Michal Kojdo and another agent from Buxton. Michal contacted me after every inspection and gave me an update on the people that attended the inspection and gave his perspective in whether they were interested or not. Due to the efforts of both the real estate agents I sold prior to action and was happy with the outcome. Selling a house can be very daunting and Michal explained the process step by step making the experience as simple as it could be. Michal has been very helpful post selling my house as well.
