It was indeed a difficult decision to entrust the sale of our most valuable asset to a Real Estate Agent. However, after speaking with various Agents, Steve stood out as a very trustworthy person and his professionalism and determination shone from the outset. We can confidently state that not only is Steve a very astute Estate Agent but he is at his best as an Auctioneer. We had high expectations of him and also the selling price factor was very important to us. Not only did we get a fantastic price and a sale within 3 weeks of listing, Jason and his team exceeded our expectations with their professionalism in all aspects from pre-listing, the marketing and open home process to the sale. Even after the sale concluded Jason was available to address queries from both sides. Having dealt with not so professional agents in Melbourne in the past who say anything to bag a sale, Jason's honesty, integrity and professional was refreshing.
