During the whole process of selling our house, Steve Turner was easy to communicate with, friendly, approachable, and nothing was too much trouble for him. He never pressured us into doing anything, but provided us with evidence based information for us to be able to make an informed decision in regard to the best way to sell our house, and most importantly, what we felt was a comfortable and acceptable value of the house. My two sisters and I were jointly selling the property, and Steve was able to communicate with the three of us, so we all knew what was happening at any time during the campaign. We got weekly reports from the team at Buxton, and even when the market was falling, and we were feeling a little stressed, Steve maintained communication with us and drove the campaign as planned, finishing off with a great auction performance. Great to have the guy who we are dealing with for months on end, also calling the auction himself. Thanks Steve :-)

Michael recently sold my unit in Melbourne. I live in New Zealand but it made no difference to communication or ease. Michael was in constant and thorough contact. I was going to sell with my managing agent (a different company whom I was renting my property out with) however their suggested sale price was lower than I expected.
