Being the first time selling a property (as the executor of my late mother) l found Rob to be extremely sensitive to my needs. He was understanding, professional and had great market insight. He took me through the process explaining every detail of selling the property. He was upfront with the costs involved in selling the property and accordingly set a fair valuation range for the home to achieve a sale. The whole selling experience was terrific! My mother had passed away and the property was to be sold. Rob was helpful with market knowledge and understanding. I wasn’t living in Victoria so Rob kept me updated with what was going on each time there was an open inspection or some potential interest. We achieved a good result. I’d recommend Rob to anyone that wants to sell a property. He goes the extra mile and nothing is too much trouble! He gets the job done!

Carl project managed our property to get it on the market within a reasonable time. Nothing was too much and he always checked in with us regularly providing detailed updates. Once we got to market his knowledge and passion shined and he delivered exceptional results within a short period of time. My only negative is that I wish we had gone with Carl on previous sales. Carl goes above and beyond and isn’t your average Agent. We’d recommend Carl with no hesitations!

We had been looking unsuccessfully for a placer more than 12 months when we met Carl McCann at a property in Geelong West and when we discussed our requirements with him, he suggested that we look at a central apartment that was the best value on his books. Carl then agreed to a mid-week OFI so some of our children could inspect it and again he was very patient and allowed us all the time we needed to make our judgments with the result we bought the property the next day.
