The level of professionalism and service provided by Matt was outstanding. He was fully informed and knowledgeable of the suburb and how that compared with other areas that make up Geelong. This, combined with his excellent communication skills, made it easy to discuss and come to decisions regarding sale price, photographing, floor plan image, marketing, conveyancing service and the many other aspects that come together to sell the important asset of a property. Only a couple of inspections were needed. The house sold much quicker than expected. Matt's engaging style kept me informed and updated on progress on a regular basis. Being a seller who lives interstate these updates were reassuring and evidence that Matt was working in my best interest. Surprisingly the contracts were done electronically, on site, which prevented the need to turn up at an office. This was a terrfic time and energy saver. So overall, my experience of Matt and his company is that the quality of service is unsurpassed and I would highly recommend Matt as the go-to agent of choice.
