Neutral and Balanced

The level of service after the contract was signed was inconsistent. Communication reduced noticeably, requests relating to deposit release and final inspection timing were not well supported, and the final inspection occurred on a date that differed from what had been discussed. This added unnecessary stress during the settlement period. While the result was acceptable, improved communication and stronger after sale follow through would have made for a more positive overall experience.
