We met Luke at an open house about two years ago. At the time he asked if we would be selling a property in the future and if so if he could be considered to be our selling Agent. Luke kept in contact with a phone call each month and when we were finally ready to put a property on the market, Luke was our man. So easy to talk to, Luke carefully explained every aspect of selling our property, eg market value range, comparable unit sales in area, selling options, marketing and styling, open house times and what happens on auction day. Luke's an expert in all these fields and his communication and professionalism is first class. Every open house was immediately followed up with a detailed report and we were always updated on every single matter throughout the campaign.
