Suggested styling the home which i think made all the difference price wise At every step he kept us well informed with a minimum of fuss As our life is hectic business wise ourselves i was nervous of another project He took all the stress away and made it happen We achieved an excellent result and all agreed his auction skills were excellent on the day

We selected two agents to value my property, one which sold two property across the road and another with sales in the area but with the best rating. Both have there proposals to myself while my partner sat in the other room. One offer, lower fee and lower asking price, second higher fee and higher asking price. When they left, I asked my partner, purely who did you interact with better? Her answer with no knowledge of numbers and figures, said without a doubt Tony. Although Tony was the higher fee, he more than deserved every bit of it and I’m very glad I went Tony and his knowledge of valuating the property. He had signed contracts to me 4 days after putting the property on the market. When he got me an extra 10% on the asking price than the other agent, a slightly higher fee well and truly was worth it. If I’m ever in the market again, he will be my first call and should be the first call from any other sellers. Customer service was spot on with updates every time something happened. Do yourself a favor and call Tony.
