Tony was very professional in his dealings with us. During the course of our negotiations with the vendors Tony's input was extremely helpful providing us with what we believe was a balanced view of the current market. We were keen on the property and paid a little more than we intended but Tony's mannerism is such that he was able to make us feel comfortable with the final price.
