There background work and only a little bit of help from us, prior to sale was paid of with a sale in the first weekend of marketing. The negotiating skills of Tony exceeded our expectations with a great surprise of a sale price over our market value. Communication was never an issue as Tony kept us up to date at every moment, even if he had no progress to say. Communication is an important must for me and Tony fulfilled this expectation without a fault. Right from the start Tony was our guy! He sold our neighbours house prior to going on the market, so we thought very impressive. He was very professional at every meeting, offering us advise and guidance along the way. Nothing was too difficult for Tony. In fact nothing was too difficult for any of the staff in the Buxton Highton Office. Tony used his extensive knowledge of the area to help us market our property at a great price. We sold our house a few days after the first open. Tony definitely had to pull out all the stops when it came to the negotiation. We wanted as near to the asking price as possibly achievable, which he managed. Tony was in constant contact with us updating us as and when necessary. He was happy to answer any questions and take away any concerns we had during the selling process.
