Matthew was honest and professional

Josh is excellent at what he does, considers your goals (price goal, timeframe) and works with you to achieve them. From a selling standpoint Josh was able to get my property sold at the price I expected in a timely manner in a seamless buying experience with little to no disruption in daily life that is to be expected in the selling process.
