On this occasion, Tony delivered, and did so in challenging times (from a vendor perspective). Tony went out of his way to make sure that a favourable outcome was reached for all parties involved. He was always open and honest with his communication and make sure to call me with any updates from the seller as they came to light. As an interstate buyer, Tony assisted with some Victorian nuances in the buying process and also helped to find a conveyancer (who has been great). Tony's evidently strong relationship with the seller was also a bonus for me, as he was able to facilitate leasing inspections to be held during the settlement period so that hopefully, a tenant will have been found prior to settlement date. Despite some trepidation from me, buying in an unfamiliar environment interstate, Tony has helped to make the process as straightforward as possible. Thanks Tony.
