We decided to sell an investment property that we had for a while, and was quite run down. Prior to putting the property on the market, we spent several months updating and tidying it up. During this period Tony kept in touch with us, often popping in to see how we were going. His support and encouragement was greatly appreciated. The entire sales process was explained to us clearly, including new requirements and regulations since changes were implemented in April 2021. Tony was always prompt with House Opens, and always gave us an in-depth report on each Open immediately afterwards. Our property was sold at auction, at exactly the price we wanted, after a 4 week marketing campaign. Tony handled the auction with precision and his experience and expertise was very evident. Cannot fault Tony or the Buxton team in the entire process. Tony is extremely knowledgeable on the Geelong Market and we highly recommend him and the Buxton team.
