Tony had extremely good knowledge of the area and potential buyers in the Market. His valuation was pretty much spot on. Both Tony and Aly kept us well informed through the campaign. They offered good suggestions to increase the value of the property before we listed Tony and Aly worked extremely hard to drive the offer up to get the number we needed.
