Dave was incredible to deal with right from the start and he made me feel at ease with the whole process. I was selling two properties at the one time and Dave made the whole process easy to understand. It was smooth sailing from the start and I instantly knew that choosing Dave was the right decision. He went above and beyond throughout the whole sale, ensuring that I felt listened to, prioritised and kept me up to date at all times. This is something that I have found previous agents lacked and not once did I wonder where things were up to or what was happening with my property. He really is a great communicator.
