Very professional
Matthew and the team at Buxton, Yarraville, were very professional throughout the process of selling my mothers home. Matthew was always available to assist us or answer our questions regarding the sale. We would recommend Matthew and the team at Buxton if you are looking for someone to handle the selling of your property.

Attentive, Diligent and Thorough!
Matthew and the Buxton Inner West Team are absolutely top tier and I cannot recommend them enough. From our initial enquiry, through to settlement, Matthew and his team were attentive, diligent and thorough. We had a very tight timeline and they managed to sell our property quickly whilst also expertly negotiating a great price! Bar none, the best real estate agency and team we have ever worked with.

Gave Us a Feeling of Confidence
We weren't sure we were ready to sell, and Matthew took time to explain the market from his perspective as a local agent, and talked us through our options without ever making us feel pressured or rushed. When we purchased a new home, he quickly adapted his approach for the sale of our property, and got us an incredible result. He was polite, honest and just gave us a feeling of confidence- which was backed up by a great result. I'd recommend his team to anyone interested in selling or buying.

RECORD RESULT!!!
We cannot be more thankful for the hard work Matt put into selling our home. Our campaign was live for only 3 weeks before he sold it, achieving an outstanding result. He was so easy to deal with and made the whole process stress free. Matt was always so genuine, professional and kept us updated throughout the campaign. We would definitely use him again.

Pleasure to deal with
Peter was a pleasure to deal with. Originally met him at another property a year or so before I ended up buying and he was always great to deal with. He was always prompt, respectful and honest. He made us feel at ease prior to auction(being our first auction) and kept us up to date throughout the entire process from auction day to settlement and even after. Like I said absolute pleasure to deal with and wouldn’t hesitate to deal with him again should we decide to sell or buy.
