Consummate professional
This is the 2nd time I have used Matthew to sell a property - first to sell my home in Yarraville in Dec 2024, and now in March 2026 to sell my elderly parents’ home in Seddon. Both sales went well above the reserve. Selling a house is stressful, yet Matthew and his team at Buxton manage everything and make this emotional time easier. I cannot speak highly enough of Matthew - he is a consummate professional, warm and easy to communicate with, and has outstanding local property market knowledge.

Very experienced and efficient
Matthew and his team were excellent to work with. They are clearly very experienced and efficient when it comes to getting a property ready for market. The advertising package was terrific and gave the property strong exposure from the start. The whole process moved quickly and the property sold fast, which was a great result. Communication throughout the campaign was clear and consistent, which made everything straightforward and stress-free. I would happily recommend Matthew and his team to anyone.

Always available to answer any questions we had
Matthew’s knowledge of the local area and the current market conditions was essential for the successful sale of our property. He was fabulous in keeping us up to date on the sale campaign and always available to answer any questions we had. This is the second time engaging with Matthew regarding our property, and his professionalism has not changed during this time. Deep knowledge of the area
We had a really good experience with Matt. He’s a local with a deep knowledge of the area and his advice on when to go to market was spot on. He helped take a lot of the stress out of the process by offering clear, practical guidance throughout. The whole team at Buxton were great to work with and very supportive. We were returning customers and wouldn’t hesitate on calling Matt again.

Outstanding, Great Communication, Very professional
