The marketing Tristan recommended as well as being hands on with watering the property to give it that excellent first impression to consumers meant we had in excess of 75-100 people through each open home. Come auction day, Tristan achieved a fabulous result. He is the best auctioneer in the area making people laugh and entertaining what was a huge crowd.
