Fantastic result
Our experience selling our house with Tristan was 100% positive. We decided early on to take the advice that Tristan gave, and the end result was a price beyond our expectations. We were very pleased. Having a family of five living in a house that is up for sale seemed a daunting prospect to begin with, however the experience was relatively stress free and Tristan was a great agent to deal with.

Has lived Real Estate all his life, and knows the West inside out
Tristan knows what he is talking about, and gives it to you honestly whilst being understanding about the emotion of letting go of a property that can mean so much, as was the case with myself. Always a positive tone in his voice, his enthusiasm is evident, and that's what I wanted in an agent... oh, and he backs up that enthusiasm with results! Professional, and prompt with all communication, Tristan delivered on everything we discussed.

Complete satisfaction
I have known Tristan for over 20 years, but not originally via real-estate, but from the Footscray community. I asked him because of his and his families real-estate knowledge to sell my families home of over 70 years at 11 Pickett Street Footscray. He was a good listener from the out set and sort out all opportunities to get the right interest in the property. He worked in very well with all the stake holders (direct and in-direct). He did not let the professional buyers push him around. He kept them at arms length and was still a courteous person to all. His staff are very helpful and great to work with. I would recommend him and his company to other sellers in the local Footscray property market wishing to take the advantage of the changing space in Footscray. Biggin & Scott and specifically Tristan facilitated both the purchase and the sale of my property and it was on the back of such a positive buying experience that I chose to use Tristan again when it came to selling. Being a first home buyer and seller with very limited knowledge of the area, it was daunting at times to know what the right thing to do was. Tristan was always very patient and supportive and happily provided me with additional information that helped me make informed decisions that I was comfortable with. During the purchase and sale of my property I crossed paths with a number of the Biggin & Scott Yarraville team, namely Rita and Lauren but others also and I found them to always very knowledgeable, friendly and willing to help. Whilst I would have loved to have gotten more for my property when it sold, I am very comfortable with the fact that Tristan got me the best price possible based on market conditions that the time. The result was very much aligned with what Tristan advised me I could expect at the beginning of the process and I was appreciative of his honesty and transparency at that time.
