Tristan and the team at Biggin and Scott Yarraville were exceptional from the moment we engaged them as our agent. They worked around the clock to ensure our property was made accessible to all of their clients and potential buyers. They did a great job marketing the property, constantly keeping us informed on what progress had been made and if any changes were required. Tristan and Rita worked late on the night prior to auction to sell the property prior to the auction. They were up late till early the next morning to ensure the contract was signed at a great price. Tristan and the team were honest, reliable and friendly and could not have asked for a smoother transaction.

Tristan's genuine love of the western suburbs along with his invaluable knowledge of the area and it's residents won us over at the first meeting. His professionalism and excellent communication skills were quickly conveyed, along with his obvious passion of real estate. Every question we had was answered promptly and in great depth. It was an absolute pleasure to have had Tristan and his team sell our family home. We were extremely happy with the outcome and recommend Tristan and the team at Biggin and Scott to anyone wanting to sell in the west.

We had such a great experience with Biggin & Scott taking care of the sale of our property in Jerrold st Footscray. With Tristan leading the team we were provided with a sound and realistic perspective of the market. The team also helped us deal with difficult tenants and looked after our best interests while we were selling the property from overseas. I can't recommend Tristan enough for his leadership and know how in the inner western suburbs. Melanie & Jarrod Hammond

Our experience selling our house with Tristan was 100% positive. We decided early on to take the advice that Tristan gave, and the end result was a price beyond our expectations. We were very pleased. Having a family of five living in a house that is up for sale seemed a daunting prospect to begin with, however the experience was relatively stress free and Tristan was a great agent to deal with.

Tristan knows what he is talking about, and gives it to you honestly whilst being understanding about the emotion of letting go of a property that can mean so much, as was the case with myself. Always a positive tone in his voice, his enthusiasm is evident, and that's what I wanted in an agent... oh, and he backs up that enthusiasm with results! Professional, and prompt with all communication, Tristan delivered on everything we discussed.
