In April 2016 I purchased my first investment property ( which I eventually would like to reside In ) The excellent, professional service I received from Biggin & Scott met my expectations. They took care of finding tenants ( same tenants as before, so that was a load off the mind ) Each month I get e mails on payments & alerts if anything needs repairing. When I appointed Biggin and Scott, I was interested in personal service, and I was specifically interested in Tristan being a principal of the business and personally involved in the sale. It's difficult when you're told before - compared to the actual experience. He partnered with Mathew Alderman and did exactly what he said he would do. this was very good. The sale result was excellent - as I expected, and for a very unusual house.
