Matthew was excellent to work with. He listened to our sale expectations and worked with us to achieve them. We hadn’t considered an off-market approach but it seemed like a really good fit for what we wanted to achieve. Matthew had our photos done on a Tuesday, prospective buyers through by the weekend and a sale by the middle of the following week.
