Kade was very knowledgeable on the market and advised us to alter the pricing slightly, which resulted in a quick sale. He was very easy to talk to and very helpful with the open for inspections as we took our elderly parents out when the opens were on, he always had a look around prior to and locked up afterwards.

Kade genuinely cares about people – this is obvious upon meeting him. We are grateful for his patient guidance in securing our dream first home.
