After loosing faith in previous real estate agents due to poor experience while looking in the market for a year we where pretty deflated and ready to give up. We decided to give it one last go on two properties we where interested and met Brett who was selling both. He was very welcoming, kind and took us through the property even though we where running late. He was transparent and honest and restored our faith in agents. He took us through again the same night and went out of his way to organise. He told us what the buyer was looking for which made it easy for us to submit an offer which was finally successful! He worked with us and the vendor to get the result we both wanted which was fantastic and something other agents didn’t do.
