Tom was professional and a good communicator. Prior to listing he gave good advice and referrals for people to help us present the property well. He followed up each party who inspected the house and provided us with detailed and honest feedback about each party’s level of interest. We had a couple of high potential buyers fall through which was frustrating and it’s hard to know whether or not Tom could have achieved a better result.
