At all times Tom was professional and personable. We were selling an estate property, and Tom was able to advise the best way to present the property. His communications were prompt and kept us advised of developments. We would recommend Tom for people looking for good market knowledge, excellent communication and a professional presentation.

I chose Tony as my agent as he was direct to the point, realistic about where my property sat in the market, and he made the whole process easy, especially for this first time seller. I'm extremely happy with the result, and won't hesitate to contact him again for future real estate needs.

I have purchased and sold a number of properties utilising the services of Buxton Highton Victoria over many years. Tony Moorfoot has been instrumental in my dealings. He is always very easy to talk to, transparent and helpful in terms of the process of real estate transactions. Would certainly recommend Tony to anyone looking for a credible and professional real estate agent when the need arises.

We have had great success both buying and selling thanks to Tom Butters. He helped us to find the dream home for our family (twice) and sold our property above expectations. Tom made what can be a daunting process as either purchaser or vendor simple, smooth and enjoyable. He is a very personable, honest and transparent agent. His communication is excellent and he achieves fantastic outcomes while being fair and reasonable to all parties involved. He has exceptional market knowledge and connections within the Geelong region and we can’t recommend him and his team enough.

The prospect of putting my house on the market was a daunting one. I chose Buxton Newtown’s Nicholas Allison to help me sell my property. Having owned my much-loved home for 40 years, I was a complete novice when undertaking the task of selling. From the outset, Nic was very supportive and reassuring about what I needed to do, and what to expect through the process. He was clear and confident about how to proceed. I appreciated his focus on communication at every stage, and he encouraged me to contact him with any questions or concerns along the way. It was a pleasure working with ‘Team Allison’ and, despite the high level of stress at the decision-making end of the campaign, I was comfortable that Nicholas had worked hard at gaining the best possible outcome in selling my home.

Nick has been an absolute pleasure to work with! Great communication and has a genuine and honest approach to real estate which was so so lovely!

We are so glad we chose Tom as our agent to sell our first home. He was honest and helpful, positive even with some usual circumstances around selling, communicated with us regularly and clearly worked really hard to find the right buyer. Thank you Tom, you did a sensational job!

Tom was incredibly helpful when it came to selling our property in Highton- he had a wealth of knowledge which was clear from the outset, but was so easy, personable and friendly to deal with, which made the whole experience from beginning to end, a very positive one. Tom also had a wonderful EA Jeanie who kept us up to date with important dates and milestones to remember - a great team! Tom got us an outcome we were extremely happy with - we would highly recommend!!!

We enjoyed all our interactions with Tom, Jeanie and the team as they guided us through the auction process, and selling of our family home. Tom was friendly and approachable and kept us regularly updated along the journey. We would highly recommend him as an agent to others…
