•We originally purchased our property from Charlie in 2018, and he has been a great support ever since as we looked to upgrade from a unit to a house for our growing family. During negotiations, we felt confident in his ability to represent our needs and work towards the best outcome. Selling our home was an emotional experience, but Charlie made the process feel manageable and reassuring. He sold our home within 6 weeks, achieving a price in the middle of our target range. While it didn’t reach the very top end we had hoped for, the result was in line with comparable sales for similar properties in the area at the time, which gave us confidence it was a fair outcome.
