Charlie was very professional throughout the whole campaign. Always available to talk, very helpful with ideas with marketing the property. He kept me in the loop after every open house, and talk of different strategies to get the best price for our property. When negotiating with the buyer, he called us every step of the way to relay where we were at, and cannot fault his drive and professionalism. And under the current circumstances of the property market, we were very happy with the end result.
