Great ethical agent

Charlie and Natasha were very professional to deal with as a buyer. Communication was always clear and responsive. They both made the buying experience enjoyable and stress-free. Superb team - Charlie and Natasha

We interviewed 4 agents and selected a short list of two. We engaged Charlie and Natasha as our preferred choice of selling partners over another worthy local agent pairing that had been recommended by others. Reasons were: 1. Local knowledge and underbidders from their existing local properties. 2.Natasha had followed up with me monthly after our house fire 11 months earlier, Always polite and never intrusive. 3. We had seen Charlie auction previously and he comes across very credible, market savvy and sincere. 4. They seemed to have a structured marketing program already to go for us 5. They listened to what we wanted, and found a way to meet our requests We asked their advice on modifications for presentation (clearing garden shrubs and replanting simple greenery) and found they had a better eye than we did, thus maximizing our chances to impress potential buyers The market was weakening before Xmas 17 which made getting top dollar harder. But this team was always very positive and more importantly active and assertive. We worked together happily, and they communicated regularly and with refreshing candor. In the end, they achieved the #1 auction result in the Herald Sun on the first auction weekend of the new year. That was with only one bid at the auction (yikes), yet Charlie showed his mettle and skillfully negotiated another $75K. We can now move on with our next stage of life - travel! Thanks guys
