We choose her owing to her strong ethics and during the marketing campaign we have appreciated her honest feedback after each open house. This has helped us to gauge the market and the profile of the potential buyers. She is very humble in her approach and communicate efficiently. Nearing the end of the campaign, when we got some firm interest she was exceptionally good in her negotiation tactics to close the sale. She is an extremely passionate person with an attention to detail so that the property was portrayed at its best for the campaign. She knows very well the Bayside area and always backed her assessment on statistics of comparable sales data which showed a thorough knowledge and professionalism.
