Troy sold our mother's house for us!

Troy sold our mother's house for us earlier this year and I will now have no hesitation in enlisting him to sell our house when we decide to downsize in the near future. From the start of the process, amongst the eager competition of agents, Troy was considered in his approach; stuck to his valuation throughout; paid particular attention to detail in presenting the house, yet was conservative with his recommendations regarding ' touch ups' and presentation. He informed us of all possible bidders, having given regular updates of interested parties, and worked hard at the auction to get the best price for us. Overall we were very pleased with the process as Troy delivered all he said he would.
