Zoe was a fantastic agent to deal with. My first impression was very positive, and she backed this up with excellent local knowledge, great communication with myself and potential buyers, and excellent advice. It was a tricky selling experience, as I was a first time seller of a hard to price property, with a tenant in the apartment, and some unknowns around selling conditions during Covid-19 restrictions. However Zoe handled my hesitations with great advice and helped to steer me to an excellent result, in a short period of time.
