Fabulous Job!
Natalie did a fabulous job of marketing my St Kilda East unit. Her knowledge of the local area was invaluable and she was excellent at communicating information. Natalie was always helpful throughout the process and led me through the unknowns very capably. She was extremely efficient and prompt to assist me with any queries. Her marketing strategy including advice on presenting and styling the property resulted in a very good sale price for me. Her professionalism was impressive.

Excellent result .

Professional, honest and transparent
Zoe expertly managed the sale of my late grandfather’s apartment on behalf of our family. Navigating an ever-changing market in late 2022 in addition to family politics, high expectations and particularly sticky body corporate issue certainly put Zoe through her paces but she exceeded our expectations with every challenge. Zoe’s clear communication and obvious expertise in the market made the process smooth and put the family at ease. We were particularly appreciative of Zoe’s guidance during what we called the “tarting up” phase. Zoe helped us understand where we should invest and where buyers would want to add their own touch, so we could maximise our budget. When the day before the auction the cold feet hit and we suggested we sell pre auction at reserve , Zoe encouraged us to stay the course and to great success - we achieved nearly 20% above reserve. The whole team supporting Zoe were equally fantastic, especially the auctioneer who expertly coaxed the budding parties to the finish line.
