David sold a small flat in St Kilda for me. It had been rented out with a rival agent for 10 years and whilst their service with regards to rental was brilliant, when it came to selling - I just didn't have the confidence to list the property with them. My flat certainly wasn't the prettiest of properties - or of high $ value but I felt David's enthusiasm and attention, was as if it was commanding a 7 figure price tag!
