We used David to sell an investment unit in St Kilda East in 2014, having had him recommended to us. David did a great job for us. He organised trades to carry out repair works and repainting on the property prior to the marketing campaign, as well as furniture and so forth on our behalf which made things stress free. He carried out the marketing professionally and communicated progress to us clearly at all times. We ended up obtaining multiple prior offers and selling before auction. We were pleased because the price the property sold for was within the price range David had told us (prior to use engaging him) we could expect to obtain. In summary, trustworthy, professional, and highly recommended.
