Professional and Genuine. Read me like a book!!

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Damien Sienkiewicz for his professionalism whilst handling the sale of my property. From the first meeting I found Damien to be honest and genuine in his approach. He didn't come across as a typical real estate agent, more so a friend giving advice, but the friend you should actually listen to. He kept me in the loop after each inspection and he was very knowledgeable about each buyer. I was impressed that all the buyers he said were going to play an active role at the auction did. The end result was phenomenal, selling about $200,000 above my reserve price. Made for a very happy and grateful camper.
