Our Stonnington office opened on Chapel Street Windsor in 2019 to service Melbourne’s immensely popular ‘Southside’. Covering the area’s key neighbourhoods, South Yarra, Prahran and Windsor, Buxton Stonnington’s presence can also be seen in Richmond, Malvern, Armadale, Bentleigh and Melbourne’s inner-west including Footscray, Newport and Ascot Vale.

Great result, made selling easy!

As first-time sellers, Harley was with us every step of the way. Above and beyond

I've been having a very rocky purchase of an apartment (through absolutely no fault of theirs), and Olivia and the others at Buxton Stonnington have been extremely helpful. When things were going smooth they were direct and painless, when things got complex they stepped in to actually move things in a better direction when everyone else claimed they couldn't do anything. Olivia also stepped in to answer some emails regarding this even while on vacation, which is frankly more than I would ask for but in retrospect for how difficult this has been, I appreciate immensely.

Persistence pays off

Olivia was thorough from day one with her initial pitch and this continued throughout the sales campaign. It was a very tough market to navigate given general downturn and identical stock on sale at the same time, but we were satisfied with the end result and the timing of the sale given we have purchased another result. Olivia was persistent and adapted to the evolving market and our situation and was upfront about what to expect. I strongly recommend Olivia to any prospective vendors.
