Toby and the team at Caine know the East Melb/Jolimont market inside-out. They were on the mark for valuation (but did have to do a little bit of work to get an outcome at the top of the range). Toby provided good advice on the presentation of the property and the campaign, whilst recognising that we still had to live in the property whilst it was on the market. All of the admin was handled professionally and seamlessly. We would use these guys again.

We recently sold our apartment through Caine real estate and had a faultless experience. We would have no hesitation in recommending Caine to anyone wanting to sell/buy, in fact we would say that they are by far the best option in central Melbourne. Peter was knowledgeable, professional and gave us fantastic advice throughout the process as well as keeping us informed at every step. He was very patient with us, given that it was our first experience of selling a property and he answered all our (many) questions. Moving house can be a really stressful experience but we felt that having a real estate agent who we could trust, really took a weight off our minds. The great result we had speaks for itself, we had several offers on our property within the first week of it going on the market and it sold quickly at a price that we were very happy with. All of this at a quieter time of year, and whilst the property market is not at its best. Peter has since helped us to liaise with the purchasers, to ensure a seamless transition, which I feel has led to a very positive experience for them and for us.
