Peter was marvellous to deal with. From the moment he saw the property, he recognised its market appeal and worked tirelessly to build a large base of interested potential buyers. His communication with me was everything that one could wish for from an agent: clear, regular and insightful. The property had a long term tenant who was, understandably, not keen to move and Peter had, and demonstrated, a great deal of empathy for her circumstances. He advised me on arrangements to make the marketing period as easy for the tenant as possible and was unfailingly respectful of her time and privacy, always settling times for inspections and so on with her in advance. A very positive experience: excellent assistance with house preparation, regular written and verbal feedback after inspections and inquiries, and a strong result at auction. It was a lot less stressful than I expected, through all phases of the selling process. The auction was remarkably relaxed and entertaining. It was on TV and I've watched the recording several times! My much-loved house went for more than $700,000 above reserve, to a family who will love living there too. If the opportunity arises, I would definitely go with Paul Caine again.
