Above and beyond what I expected

Whitney kept me informed throughout the period. Her artistic skills in presenting the house were second to none. She used the existing furniture and added a few finishing touches and I could hardly believe it was the same house. She is diligent. The house and garden had to be perfect for every inspection and it paid off in the final agreed sale price which was a lot more than my asking price. In the middle of the settlement period I had to go overseas and Whitney willingly stepped in to help me sort out some issues which were not part of her responsibilities and for which I am extremely grateful for. I would recommend Whitney to anyone selling a property. She knows her market and is very proactive in how she marketed my house.
