Reliable, Trustworthy, Honest - Goes Above And Beyond!

If you are looking for a professional, competent, reliable and easy to work with real estate agent then you cant go wrong with Luke Roach from Cairns Beaches Realty. Living in Perth, Western Australia and selling an investment property in Smithfield – Luke made the preparation of the house in anticipation of its sale very easy for me. Luke sourced tradesmen to fix some minor maintenance issues as well as organised staged furniture, photos and a great video on my behalf. Communication from Luke was regular along with images of work completed on time and in budget. I put a lot of trust in Luke and he did not let me down achieving a quick sale in a difficult market and getting a fair price for the property. I spent hours speaking with other agents prior to listing the property but knowing what I know now, I suggest you don’t bother with others and just go directly to Luke – you will be glad you did!

Great communicator with excellent local knowledge. Easy to deal with & nothing was too much trouble

Luke’s great advice helped us achieve a quick sale at a good price. He was very helpful and patient, assisting to get property sale ready by organising cleaning and tradespeople - nothing was too much trouble. The sale was smooth and I was kept informed every step of the way. Fees were very competitive. Luke is a trustworthy and a pleasure to deal with. I would not hesitate to recommend to others.

Friendly, Available and Honest Agent

We recently bought a property through David. As he was the seller's agent, we didn’t expect to receive such incredible customer service from him. He was always available for our many questions, whether by text or phone call. We were also flying from Sydney, and he was very accommodating in finding a time and date that worked for us when we came to Cairns. He made the whole process super easy and smooth. We were so happy with David that we decided to use his agency to manage our property investment as well.
