I cannot recommend David highly enough.

Having lived in Kewarra Beach my whole life, it was incredibly important to me to find someone who wasn't just "familiar" with the area, but was a true local. David grew up here and runs a family business, which gave me immediate confidence that he knew the value of our community inside and out. Communication: He was always one step ahead. Whether it was a quick text update, a detailed email, or a phone call to discuss strategy, he was an immediate responder. I never had to wonder what was happening with our sale. Stress-Free Preparation: Selling a house is massive, but David made it seamless.
