We have used Beaches Realty as our property manager for the past 6 years and when it came time to sell we didn't hesitate to use David as our agent. He was thoroughly involved from start to finish, ensuring a sensible transition from lease to sale, identifying areas of work for the property that would generate the most value for the sale price and providing invaluable advice. In particular, he personally managed a maintenance issue that arose during the building inspection, resolving the matter with minimal expense and ensuring settlement took place within 22 days of contract.
