Junelle was amazing in every way through the entire process of our build, we had been judged by previous agents and weren’t given a fair go due to our age, with junelle she was kind, non judgmental and very informative and always responded quickly Monday to Sunday even at 11pm she is always onto it, if we didn’t understand something she would make sure she didn’t skip over anything, every document, any questions we had and if we needed anything at any time she was always there with all the answers. Cody and I are so grateful to have junelle as our agent and we would not of wanted anyone else. We have Junelle for a number of years now. She has been providing us with market conditions in Cairns for a few years enabling us to be well informed. We put our unit on the market with Junelle and she got to work immediately contacting her clients and responding to enquiries promptly. Withn 2 weeks or so, she had a cash buyer for our property! She remained in constant contact with us right through the process of contract signing till final settlement. Even though there were some hiccups with the settlement, she ensured the buyer as well us as the sellers were fully informed throughout the process. We are very satisfied with Junelle representing us and would absolutely recommend her services to anyone wishing to put their property on the market in Cairns.
