Excellent!
We are very fortunate to have Jacob as our agent for our recently purchased home. He is very professional, courteous and diligent. He made everything work out so well, easy and smooth. It helps a lot to have someone like Jacob especially when my husband and I are both working and would easily miss out on things. We are extremely happy and we highly recommend him. We love our new home! Thanks Jacob for everything!

Excellent relationship - friendly and professional
Junelle was friendly and caring during all interactions - following up and supporting the processes with me as a buyer. Her feedback was regular/timely - never left wondering when I would hear back. A great sense of humour (as well as being professional) and went out of her way to assist, including in providing recommendations for services needed. Building and buying a new home
Junelle made everything so easy, everything was all new to us and she walked us through the process. She was so professional and approachable about anything. If she didn't know something she would find out and let us know as soon as she could.

Excellent to deal with and feedback was amazing.
We have tried to sell this house twice before throuh another Agent. They were rude and not nice to deal with. We then went with Junelle from Cairns Key Real Estate that we had purchased the property from initially and I now wondering why I never went back to them initially. Junelle was proactive from the start. Our house in Kewarra Beach was a lovely 4 bedroom house with a Pool. We had Tenants in there who were amazing and thanks to Junelle our house sold in 2 days. We had so many calls from Junelle in such a short space of time just to update us it was amazing. I would rate Junelle 15 out of 10 for experience and service. Want to sell your home call Junelle I promise that you won't be disappointed.
