Very Honest
We originally had this property listed with a much larger Franchise Agency and had no success in the sale, I opted to give Platinum Real Estate a chance at selling this property, from the beginning Andrew was upfront and honest about our position in the market and did what he could to secure us the best result possible in a difficult market for sellers.

Honest down to earth
Andrew is an honest down to earth agent with extensive knowledge of the local market. Nothing was too much for him to obtain information etc. It was as a pleasure to deal with him and not have the normal games and bullshit I would recommend him to anyone

Great agent
Andrew was very pleasant to deal with. He was prompt in responding and made arrangements for me to view the property on numerous occasions. He didn't pressure me or make me feel uncomfortable at any time. He was helpful during negotiations and during the settlement period, would often contact me to touch base.
