Meeka Jones is our knowledgeable CPO City Rentals, General Manager. Commencing her journey into Property Management in early 2006, Meeka has gained a vast amount of knowledge over the years relating to the real estate industry and was successfully recruited to join the CPO team in 2013. She prides herself on her ability to acquire and recount information at ease, including sections of the Act, Residential Tenancy Agreements and other useful facts relating to Property Management. Her valuable advice is to begin with the end in mind and if it isn’t in writing, it doesn’t exist. Meeka and her husband have 2 wonderful children. She is very proud of her adult son and his accomplishments in Tasmania, as well the beautiful young girl her daughter is growing into. In her spare time, Meeka enjoys F45 training and can be found at her husbands AFL games during the football season. With the continual changes she readily embarks on, Meeka believes that this has afforded her the capability to stay enthusiastic, remain sensitive and ensure client satisfaction through her superior service delivery, while connecting with people on a variety of levels. As Rentals General Manager, Meeka is tasked with managing her own smaller portfolio whilst continuing to manage the office by implementing new systems, procedures and assisting our wonderful staff with general tasks and ongoing educational plans. Approaching her 10th year working with Cairns Property Office City Rentals, her desire to ensure her clients, both Lessors and Tenants are always treated with honesty and integrity is an asset to her character. We are delighted to have Meeka continue in her role amongst the proficient and dynamic team here at CPO.

Kimberley’s Real Estate career began in 2013 in Sales on the Gold Coast, after a 2 year period she then relocated to Cairns where her career path took a different direction and Kimberley began working in Marketing. However, her passion for the Real Estate Industry didn’t subside and it wasn’t long before she made the transition back to Real Estate joining us in August 2021 in our Property Management Department. During her time in the industry, she has gained much enjoyment connecting people to their new homes, watching tenancies become humble abodes and assisting Lessors obtain the most from their valued Investments. Her enthusiasm and desire to help, offers her clients the peace of mind that their investment needs will always be a priority to ensure client satisfaction. Indulging in adventurous weekends camping or with her fur baby ‘Patch’, Kimberley adores spending time with her family and friends, catching up for brunch or walking through the markets is where you will find her during her spare time. Kimberley’s commitment to her role in the Office is unopposed and her ability to liaise with all varieties of people is obvious. Her continued passion for knowledge and to always obtain correct information before passing any on, confirms what we already know; that she is an integral member of our office and we are pleased to have Kimberley’s cheerful character as part of our team

Having worked in Real Estate since 2018, Jamie commenced her Real Estate career in Brisbane after which she relocated to Cairns and continued to follow her passion in Property Management. Jamie was successfully recruited to our team in late 2021 and has already established herself as an integral part of CPO City Rentals. Jamie’s attitude to willingly assist other staff members and clients is unrivalled, her abilities in the office are enhanced by the Law degree she is currently studying, which compliments her already knowledgeable account of the governing legislations. Jamie continues to go over and above in her role. When Jamie is not working or studying, she loves being a mum to her fur baby ‘Poppy’ who is probably the most spoiled pup in Cairns. She always ensures Poppy eats better than she does, with birthday and Christmas cakes to celebrate. Poppy often joins us in the office for our Friday luncheons. Investors appreciate Jamie’s direct and candour approach; which has assisted her to achieve great results. The best accolade to her success is the constant testimony from clients, having built such a rapport among many of our wonderful investors. With the efficient procedures and systems in place at CPO City Rentals, Jamie is confident that you will be completely satisfied with her services provided.

With a background in Customer Service and Administration, Karmen made the transition to Real Estate in 2021, joining CPO City Rentals in July. Since then she has proven herself to be an efficient and reliable subordinate to our Property Managers and earned a promotion to Property Manager in June 2023. Karmen relocated from NSW in 2019 after completing her Administration Traineeship at Lismore Base Hospital. Although she began in the Health Industry, she has a passion for Property Management and would like to develop the skills required to manage her own Folio with Cairns Property Office in the future. Currently Karmen is content with assisting the Managers however due to her ambition and drive, she is completing a Certificate 4 in Marketing and Communication to further enhance her abilities and to be able to support the Team by other means, in the interim. Karmen describes herself as a Netflix enthusiast and enjoys keeping her home sparkling clean. She also loves spending time at the beach however she is often discovered at the office before other team members arrive and believes that working hard is essential for ongoing growth and development. Being an enthusiastic young lady, her ability to quickly complete competent administrative duties, allowing our Managers to continue to deliver a high standard of service to our valued clientele, makes her an asset to the Team here at CPO City Rentals.
