Agencies in Cairns

Property management was on the ball and found great tenants to move in as soon as the house was ready. Would not hesitate to recommend the Ray White Cairns South team for any of your property needs.

Sonya at Ray White has been very helpful in letting out the property. They had been very thorough though the process to find the best outcome for us.

Very accommodating towards first time landlords, communicating all aspects of the rental process.

Because they dont let the tenants down when ever they needed help. They are very helpful.

First time with realestate

We’ve been in real estate for many years with several properties and have a high level of expectation. We have found the communication and service has been fantastic. All our instructions have been carried out in a timely manner with great precision. Thank you

The staff are very friendly and speak politely when having discussions on my rental properties. Also, they are up to date with the market value of the properties within the area. They are well organise in arranging tradesmen to do work on the properties.

All good so far with everything

We had an excellent experience with Explore property when renting out our home. From the start, they took the time to understand our situation and expectations, and guided us with clarity and professionalism. Communication was smooth, transparent, and timely, which made the entire process stress-free. As locals, their strong knowledge of the local rental market was invaluable, particularly in setting the right rental price and finding suitable tenants. Reliable, approachable, and efficient, we felt well supported throughout and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent out their property with confidence.

I've been using Explore Property Cairns since 2017, and would absolutely recommend them for anyone looking for a property manager. They are very professional, reliable, and really know what they're doing. I can't think of a single time when I felt they could have done better. I've worked with a few of their agents and they've all been fantastic. Quite simply an outstanding service!
